Terms for Page Numbers and Footers

Effective date: August 28, 2026

These terms form an agreement between the user and Mars Studio, the publisher of Page Numbers and Footers in the Adobe Express Add-ons Marketplace. By installing or using the Add-on, the user accepts these terms.

License

Mars Studio grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on with Adobe Express for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and Adobe's applicable terms.

Free and paid access

Free access includes the features identified on the pricing page. Plus is sold as a one-time license for the purchaser's personal or internal business use. It is separate from Adobe Express and does not change access to any Adobe plan. The user must not share, resell, or publish a license code.

User content and responsibility

The user retains rights in their content and is responsible for necessary rights and permissions. The Add-on does not grant rights to third-party content, fonts, templates, brands, or materials in an Adobe Express document.

Acceptable use

The user must not misuse the Add-on, interfere with its operation, circumvent technical restrictions, distribute malicious code through it, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

Ownership

The Add-on, its design, and its code are owned by Mars Studio or its licensors. Adobe Express and Adobe trademarks belong to Adobe.

Availability and disclaimer

Mars Studio may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mars Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the Add-on. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
