Page Numbers and Footers

HELP

Keep repeated page elements consistent

  1. Open a multi-page Adobe Express document and launch Page Numbers and Footers.
  2. Choose a page range. You can skip the cover and last page.
  3. Set the starting number, number style, format, position, size, color, and margin.
  4. With Plus, optionally add fixed header and footer text or mirror left and right positions on facing pages.
  5. Select Add page elements. If elements already exist, select Update page elements to replace them across the selected range.

After pages change

Open the Add-on again, confirm the desired range and starting number, then select Update page elements. The Add-on replaces only the page elements it created.

Remove page elements

Select Remove all from document. Page numbers, headers, and footers created by this Add-on are removed across the document; other design elements remain unchanged.

Number formats

Use {n} for the current number and {total} for the number of selected pages. Available presets include Page {n}, {n} of {total}, and Page {n} of {total}.

Activate Plus

After checkout, copy the license code from the confirmation page or Stripe receipt. Paste it into the Add-on and select Activate Plus. The code is stored on this device.

A license does not activate

Check that the full code begins with PNF-. If checkout has just completed, wait a moment and try again. For access help, include the Stripe order reference but never send full payment-card details.
